A multi purpose-arts venue in the heart of Solihull. Solihull Arts Complex comprises a 340 seater Theatre, a multipurpose Studio space and first floor Gallery spaces exhibiting contemporary work, community groups and heritage exhibitions. In the foyer are the Tourist Information & Booking Office and the Cafe Bar.

Approaching by car, aim for the Touchwood car park immediately adjacent to the venue on Homer Road.
Once inside follow signs for Arts Complex into the Orange zone. There are marked extra width spaces near lift&
escalators up to ground floor of Touchwood. Also in this area you will find the Shopmobility counter (Tel: 0121 711 4231).
Motorised scooters/wheelchairs can be made available for use to reach the venue by arrangement. Exit Touchwood by the
glass doors into Library square where the Central Library & Arts Complex is less than 100yd walk.
There is a flat rate of £1 for evening parking in this car park.
For those arriving by taxi Touchwood currently operates a '15 minutes grace' period so that
your driver can drop you near the lift and then exit immediately without charge.
Touchwood operates a helpline number (0121 709 6900) for daytime enquiries.
For those arriving by large minibus or coach, the nearest drop-off point is in Manor Square adjacent to the Council House,
approach via New Road. From Manor Square, cross Touchwood towards the Library square exit. This approach is indoor
and all on one level. Alternatively, coaches can briefly drop-off at the rear of the building in omer Road, however this
involves a short uphill walk up the side of the building into Library square.

Please notify us if you have any specific requirements when booking tickets and we can advise on the most suitable seats. There are wheelchair facilities and an induction loop fitted in the Theatre and at the Tourist Information and Booking Office, please switch hearing aids to position 't'.
Wheelchair users or those who are registered blind may be accompanied by a companion free of charge, please ask for a 'Carer' seat when making your booking.
Guide dogs are welcome anywhere within the building. A taped version, or large print version of this brochure is available upon request. Details of Signed performances (by BSL interpreters) are contained within show information.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a cancelled show. Please check your tickets carefully, including the 'Important Information' printed on the reverse of tickets. Full conditions of sale:
1. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded.
2. Photography/audio/visual recording of any kind are all strictly forbidden.
3. Duty Managers retain the right to refuse admission.
4. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
5. Managers have the right to cancel or abandon the performance/event for
reasons beyond control without notice. Liability is limited to price of ticket.
6. For tickets sold on behalf of a third party, the ticket outlet is acting merely as a
retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accepts no liability whatsoever
for any loss incurred by ticketholders if the event does not take place in whole or in part.
7. Some shows may include pyrotechnics or strobe lighting.
8. Seats P1 to P7 and P24 to P30 have restricted legroom.
